Can we arrange transport to the Phillip Island Penguin Parade without an all-inclusive tour?

The penguins appear after dark, so check the current seasonal schedule and the driver's late return policy. A normal daytime shuttle may not fit.

Compare a private driver with a tour that accepts independently booked entry. Confirm pickup, waiting time and the exact return point in writing.
