How does general admission work for a John Cain Arena basketball game?

Arrive early as a group if sitting together matters, and enter through the same gate. Ask venue staff which rows are open rather than assuming every seat is available.

Read the ticket's exact seating zone and the event organiser's entry instructions. General admission often means choosing from available seats within a section.
