Signature Baked Rice
Signature Baked Combination Beef Rice ($21.60): Served with both black pepper beef and curry chicken brisket. I can’t explain it, but this dish felt oddly healing and comforting, especially the curry chicken.
Am I XNhi? Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Beef
The **乾炒牛河** here is excellent. The noodles are chewy and not greasy, and you can really taste the **wok-hei**. The beef is tender and well-seasoned, and the vegetables add a nice crunch. Overall, it’s a comforting, classic Hong Kong-style dish.
Yau Shan Steamed Rice Roll with Chu Hou Beef Brisket
Steamed Rice Roll with Chu Hou Paste Beef Brisket ($15.36): We noticed almost every table ordering this, so we followed the crowd. Soft rice noodle rolls served with braised beef brisket in a rich, savoury sauce. The beef was tender and comforting, especially served piping hot. Easily the standout dish of the night and definitely worth ordering.
Am I XNhi? Creamy Omelet Rice with BBQ Pork
Today I had the Creamy Omelet Rice with BBQ Pork (ข้าวไข่ข้นหมูแดง). This menu gets a thumbs up from me! The eggs are soft, the sauce is fragrant, and the rice is good quality.

Pj Mj Crispy Pineapple Bun with Butter
The crispy pineapple bun lives up to its name for being crispy. Went so good with the butter, especially if you eat it slowly, letting some of the edges of the butter melt onto the bun’s surface.
Patrick Prabowo HK Style Lemon Tea
I had a HK style lemon tea and the stir fried soy sauce noodles with a fried egg. Super generous serving and so yummy!
