Fitzroy's skyline and house-infused vodkas come together across four sprawling, industrial-grunge levels. The ground floor pulses around a massive copper still centerpiece, but the savvy move is taking the lift straight up to the open-air deck. Regulars stake out deck tables early for sweeping views over Melbourne, ordering house-infused spirits and pisco sours at the bar counter. Downstairs kitchen plates keep groups anchored with crunchy chicken thigh schnitzel, octopus, and thin-crust lamb and goat's cheese pizza.

    There is no table service on the patio deck. Step inside to the counter bar to place all drink and food orders yourself.

  • Check Rooftop Age and Lift Access

    Rooftop access requires navigating stairs or the lift, and kids are not permitted on the top rooftop bar deck. Ground-floor booth seating is available for family visits.
