Where should I buy a physical SIM and plan Melbourne public transport?
My phone cannot use an eSIM. I also need to get from Melbourne Airport into the city and understand how the central free tram area works.

Check the airport's current ground transport before choosing a fare product; do not assume there is a train from the terminal. The public transport journey planner will show the airport leg and the city connection.

Check that your phone is unlocked and compare physical prepaid SIM offers at the airport with city shops. Bring the identity document the provider requires for activation.
