Where should I buy a physical SIM and plan Melbourne public transport?

My phone cannot use an eSIM. I also need to get from Melbourne Airport into the city and understand how the central free tram area works.

    Use the official tram map to identify the free zone boundary. A ride outside that boundary needs the appropriate fare, even if it starts in the central area.
