It’s Poodle x Polly’s Party Time! Friday, 30 October 2026 | 5pm–midnight Polly’s takes over Poodle for one night only with an eight-course tasting menu celebrating tropical flavours, spring produce and fresh catches from a recent Whitsundays adventure. Expect Pacific oysters, grouper, sweet prawn crudo, duck neck sausage and a creepy little coconut pandan cake. Upstairs, DJs Ham (Sam Howard), 6am ATG, Katie Pearson and Millú keep the party going with drinks and dancing until midnight. Get weird or come as you are!
