Pull up a chair for New Year’s Eve, right here on High Street. The menu begins with a few snacks, then moves through yellowfin tuna with summer gazpacho, corn agnolotti, and Black Opal wagyu rump cap. And then there’s dessert, which is the one we’re most looking forward to: Kampot pepper custard with roasted strawberry, shiso and a wattleseed sablé. Save room.
