Ambrosia pairs generous Greek feasting with the thoughtful hospitality of dining at an old friend’s table. Stationed directly opposite the Rivoli, this family-run dining room sets crisp white linen and Riedel stemware for lively group banquets and easy pre-cinema dinners. Chef Gel manages the charcoal grill—sending out smoky whole flounder, calamari, and skewered lamb alongside rich goat casseroles and sizzling saganaki. Accommodating hosts Val and family adapt the kitchen to personal tastes on the fly, custom-tailoring dishes and serving flaky house-made baklava.
