Balwyn’s Bath the sheep turns out sculpted shaved ice and stuffed egg waffles built for sharing. Playful monster-themed bingsu arrives layered over toasted granola and chewy boba, hiding textural surprises beneath purple yam or matcha snow. Patrons consistently single out the piping-hot chicky waffles—especially the savory pork floss and stretchy mochi centers.
