From the kitchen: blistered pizzas, roast duck flatbreads, and a chicken parma with an exact cheese-to-ham ratio.     As IPA drinkers we were absolutely spoilt for choice with 8 on tap. So, we ordered two tasting paddles, 4 in each, to cover them all.
