About Grand View Hotel

Tucked into the backstreets of Brunswick West, this unpretentious community pub pairs cold craft taps with hearty, dependable counter classics. The front bar keeps things low-key with pool tables and live sport, while the adjoining dining room handles weeknight dinners without fuss. Regulars head straight for the midweek specials—think Wednesday chicken parmas with crisp golden crumb, or a Monday porterhouse served alongside hot pub chips and a fresh rocket and pear salad. Out back, dogs settle into the leafy beer garden during sunny afternoon sessions, and an upstairs function room with its own balcony quietly takes care of milestone birthdays.

  • Weeknight Counter Specials: Crispy schnitzels with classic melted cheese and sauce draw crowds for Wednesday parma night alongside Monday steak specials.
  • Dog-Friendly Beer Garden: Pups are welcome across the street-side tables and the casual, leafy beer garden.
  • Upstairs Event Space: A dedicated private floor fitted with breakout nooks and an open balcony accommodates celebrations.
