Sarah Ox tongue taco
with Valentine’s Day being this weekend, they had an ox tongue taco with homemade tortillas (made with beetroot!). I haven’t tried ox tongue before, but this melted in my mouth and not to be dramatic, but it was one of the best tacos I’ve ever had.

The kingfish ceviche was exceptional—boldly seasoned (a little heavy-handed, but in a good way), while the crudo was absolute perfection.
