Known locally by its moniker JUQI (局气), the sprawling dining room draws daytime crowds who mark dim sum orders straight onto checklist tickets. Diners pair tables of pork and truffle dumplings with regional staples like dry pot cauliflower and Chongqing chilli chicken. The signature duck wraps arrive bundled with crisp cucumber, baby leek, and fresh melon slices to cut the rich poultry fat.

    Peking duck is freshly roasted on site and can take around 30 minutes to arrive at your table. Savor appetizers or other shared dishes first while your freshly carved duck is prepared.

  • Order Dim Sum via the Pick List

    Instead of roaming carts, yum cha dim sum is made to order by marking quantities on a written pick list. Dishes are delivered steaming hot as soon as each is prepared.
