About Sampes Pizza

Sampes Pizza delivers old-school, heavily loaded suburban pies built on crisp crusts at everyday family prices. Tucked into Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre, this long-running takeaway counter skips modern frills in favor of proper generous portions—think family-sized pizzas actually built for a crowd, heaped with pepperoni, prawns, or mushrooms and cheese that stretch right to the puffed edges. Locals phone ahead early on Friday nights to beat the rush, tucking cash into their pockets before pulling into the easy car park out front. Alongside pasta trays and cheese garlic bread, the classic Super Supreme emerges piping hot from the deck ovens, cut into sturdy slices that hold their own weight under an avalanche of toppings.

  • Loaded portions & family value: Pies come fully piled with toppings out to a puffed, crisp crust, paired with family combo deals that stretch household dinner budgets.
  • Suburban fixture: Wheelers Hill regulars have relied on the same counter team and consistent takeaway menu for over two decades.
  • Cash-only convenience: Operates strictly as a cash-only takeaway counter, with shopping centre parking right outside the door.

  • Spicy Pepperoni

It was my first visit to Sampes Pizza and I ordered 2 large pizzas (Spicy Pepperoni and Marinara). The base on the seafood pizza was perfectly thin and crispy with a delicious soft and puffed up crust. The pepperoni pizza was also delicious.

  • Margherita

Pizza though was excellent. Very tasty. And my test of good pizza is a margherita and it was delicious

  • Hawaiian

The toppings on the Hawaiian and the Sampes Supreme were plentiful sitting on base firm enough to hold the pizza together but chewy enough to retain its authenticity.
