Daylight floods the neutral, airy interior, keeping attention fixed on the dramatic Bass Coast waters outside. Guests drop in for morning ricotta hotcakes and Zest espresso before wandering the cliff trails, or settle in for relaxed two- and three-course lunches centered on tender baby calamari, Gippsland Scotch fillet, and orange curd Eton mess.
