How can I call an airport-hotel shuttle without an Australian phone plan?

I arrive at Melbourne Airport on a domestic flight and the nearby hotel asks guests to phone for collection.

If the shuttle cannot be arranged, ask the hotel about a licensed taxi or rideshare for the short trip and where that service collects passengers. Compare the actual fare and wait.
