Longrain × Laphroaig – Smoke. Salt. A little peat. Gazander Pacific oysters from Coffin Bay, served with smoked chilli dressing and a pour of Laphroaig alongside. Choose from the 10 Year, Quarter Cask or Sherry Cask – or settle in for a flight of all three. Three iconic expressions, each bringing its own balance of smoke, peat, char and salinity. Available until 1st September - 31st October.
