Adanali serves up no-nonsense charcoal-grilled meats along Sydney Road, anchored by spiced Adana skewers and juicy doner. Run by chef-owner Turan, the kitchen turns out generous spreads that recall home cooking in Turkey—plates piled with charred lamb shish, warm bread, fresh salads, and dips. It operates as BYO only, with a dedicated prayer room tucked in the back. Regulars often split the mixed grill banquet, soaking up grilled tomato juices with warm pide.
