Balkan Grill Bros turns out serious wood-grilled meats, tender cevapi, and fresh Sarajevo somun in St Albans. Run by three brothers, the room fills with traditional tunes and multigenerational tables sharing sprawling mixed grill platters. Patrons point to the crispy veal sausages paired with ajvar and clotted cream, balanced by crunchy shredded cabbage and sarmas. Across the floor, imported Balkan lagers flow alongside fruit brandies in the dedicated Rakija Lounge.
