Kimchi Jjigae
Now the star of the meal I would say the kimchi jjigae. For me I would always try any Korean joint with their kimchi jjigae as this dish has a special spot in my "belly"/ heart. The soup is very flavourful and got that umph which I have no idea how you do it. The kimchi in the soup is just as tasty.

Timinmelbourne Seafood Pancake
Seafood pancake is yum, one of the best I ever tried in Melbourne as seems they added egg in the batter which gives another diemnsion to flavour and umami.

My personal favorites were the Galbitang (Beef Short Rib Soup) and Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). Both were light, comforting, and packed with incredibly tender chunks of meat.
