Time-honoured Parisian dishes prepared with classic bistro technique
Escargot
The escargot 🐌 was hands down the best I’ve had in Melbourne. Perfectly balanced, not drowning in butter, not overly salty, just chef’s kiss.
KT Confit Duck
And the confit duck… unreal. I’m usually not a fan of Western style duck because it’s often served a bit pink and ends up tasting too gamey for me. But this was cooked to absolute perfection. Crispy on the outside, tender and rich on the inside, with none of that overpowering taste.
KT Entrecôte w/ Frites
the entrecote w/ frites (special shout out to the PERFECT bearnaise sauce which I had to ask for more)
Jennifer Smart Oysters
the fresh oysters were incredibly clean and briny.

Classic starters, indulgent desserts, and bistro accompaniments
Crème Brûlée
The crème brûlée was a standout way to finish, perfectly creamy with a crisp caramelised top.
Lexie K French Onion Soup
I had onion soup and steak frites, both were amazing, one of best fries I had for a long time and very authentic french onion soup.
Alan C Chocolate Fondant
Dessert was a chocolate fondant that was also cooked perfectly. Rich, indulgent, and honestly left me wanting to lick the plate clean.
Marcos Caceres Plateau de Charcuterie
The charcuterie board was also impressive - got devoured before I could snag any pictures. The pate was our favourite on the board, so delicious!
