Regulars head straight for the OG burger tower and salmon eggs benedict, but the real table-stoppers arrive on tiered platters—think flaky vanilla slice built for two and dessert towers crowned with Nutella croissants. Out back, hydroponic greenhouses let you harvest your own fresh herbs and lettuce before heading home with trays of house-baked lasagna.
