Tucked off Healesville's main strip, Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar pulls diners straight onto an active production floor surrounded by oak barriques and concrete tanks. The industrial setup doubles as a working cellar door, where visitors share charred hanger steak, Moreton Bay bug and prawn crostini, and tender lamb ribs beside metal vats. Tables spill out to a covered patio stocked with blankets and hot water bottles for chilly Yarra Valley evenings, while pet owners keep four-legged companions beside them. Guided by relaxed owner-led pours and a thoughtful non-alcoholic list, dinners wind down over rich chocolate pavé.
