Automotive memorabilia and vinyl booths frame an open kitchen sending out poutine fries, thick milkshakes, and the blue-cheese-loaded XP Falcon. In the back, a hidden tap bar pulls cold beers and ciders beside chilled glass bottles of Dr Pepper.
