Locals treat the buzzy room as their default counter run—tucking into eggplant potstickers, wagyu beef dumplings, and silky chilli wontons before the table fills with flat rice noodles and warm sake. Tea arrives thoughtfully arranged, steeping loose leaves alongside a dedicated hot water Thermos to keep every pour steaming.
