Perched on Level 35 of the Sofitel, No35 frames Melbourne's skyline for celebratory dinners and weekend tea. Diners head high above the Paris End for milestone tables that never rush the tempo. Five-course tasting menus lean into classic French foundations—think seared wagyu and market fish with smoked beurre blanc—before wrapping with a tableside flamed Bombe Alaska. Come Saturday and Sunday, afternoon high tea spreads across window seats to the sound of an acoustic grand piano.
- Level 35 Skyline Views: Floor-to-ceiling glass overlooks the city grid and Arts precinct from high above Collins Street.
- Live Piano High Tea: Weekend service pairs savouries, scones, and sweets with live acoustic grand piano music.
- Chef's Menu & Flambé: The multi-course tasting menu features wagyu and finishes with tableside Cointreau-flambéed dessert.

Chee Seng Cho Performative Multi-Course Chef's Tasting Menus
Multi-course Chef's tasting menus conclude with theatrical tableside finishes such as flambéed Bombe Alaska infused with Cointreau.
The wagyu was cooked beautifully, with perfectly balanced sauce and accompaniments. The fish courses were delicate and memorable, and the Bombe Alaska was a stunning finish. The flambé with Cointreau made the dessert even more special.
Iris L Weekend High Tea with Live Acoustic Piano
Weekend high tea is complemented by a live pianist who plays classical melodies and personalized tributes during milestone gatherings.
Celebrated a birthday milestone and love how the live pianist would play the birthday song when the mini cake is coming.
Arianne T Daytime Celebrations and Bridal Gatherings
Daytime high tea gatherings accommodate social celebrations and bridal parties with panoramic views and tailored savoury-to-sweet courses.
Came here for high tea as part of a bridal shower/hen's party. It was wonderful. The entire mix of the views, service, live piano music, and delicious high tea made it a special experience.

We had our child with us who suffers from anaphylaxis to a variety of foods, the chef called before to make sure everything was correct, she even came out to meet us on the night which was so appreciated.
Ness’s Review Seamless Multi-Generational Group Hospitality
Attentive multi-course service accommodates large multi-generational groups across extended dinners without making anyone feel rushed.
The restaurant was completely full and extremely busy that evening, yet the team never made us feel rushed or overlooked. They noticed even the smallest details, including making sure the children had the right spoons and forks.
