Co-owners Brad and Matt frequently pour cellar door flights themselves, breaking down vintage notes before you sit down to eat. Out on the weatherproof balcony, long lunches roll out alongside Yarra Valley views—and dogs are welcome to lounge right beside the table. Plates skew seasonal and generous, featuring tender beef cheek, charred marrow bone, and fresh ocean trout matched to estate Chardonnay or a glass of Blanc de Blancs.
