Book NowAbout Supernormal
Flinders Lane energy distilled into a sleek, buzzing room—Supernormal delivers chef Andrew McConnell’s vibrant Pan-Asian plates with zero stiff formality. Regulars head straight for the long open counter, snagging solo perches without reservations to watch kitchen line prep up close. The kitchen caters to curious appetites with half-portion flexibility across much of the menu, making it easy to sample widely: think raw snapper with bright lemon ponzu, delicate dumplings, and rich burnt-butter dashi. Big groups gather around generous, multi-course banquets anchored by slow-cooked lamb shoulder that effortlessly feeds the entire table. Down the spiral stairs sits an unexpected arcade game setup, while upstairs staff keep water glasses and wine topped up without missing a beat. The meal finishes on an enduring classic—the salted peanut butter parfait with soft chocolate.

New England lobster roll
Best lobster rolls ever. Tried them in NYC, Boston, Hawaii and Sydney, but these are by far the best I’ve ever had. Lots of lobster meat and no filler like coleslaw etc. very tasty, and we shared 3 between the two of us.
mike mcdermid Slow-cooked lamb shoulder
The lamb shoulder was the star of the show. The meat was tender and juicy and it was swimming in sauce and spices.
Michael Fisher Peanut butter parfait
Dessert was equally impressive, with the peanut butter parfait, salted caramel, and soft chocolate proving indulgent and exceptionally well executed.
