Windsor diners treat this room as an energetic launchpad for long group tables and date nights, kick-started by a clean Bianco Negroni. The kitchen turns out crisp antipasti—sourdough focaccia mopping up whipped ricotta, alongside fresh tuna carpaccio. From there, pasta leads the way: ruffled mafalde ribbons tangled in rich duck bolognese with salty pecorino pepato, or 250 grams of tender flank steak glossed with punchy puttanesca butter. Front-of-house staff keep things unhurried and attentive, moving through dietary requests with total ease. Downstairs, the basement bar spins vinyl late into the evening, pouring through an extensive lineup of regional amari.
