Yes. If an item you want is not circulating on the conveyor belt, the chef will happily prepare it fresh to order upon request.

How does payment and plate counting work?

Unlike conventional sushi train restaurants where staff count dishes at your table, diners are asked to bring their own stack of used plates directly to the cashier counter to be counted for payment.
