About TEN BBQ & HOTPOT

No need to choose between a bubbling broth and a sizzling grill—Southbank’s all-you-can-eat engine runs both at the same table. City Road regulars head straight here for gogi-gui essentials: thin-ribboned Wagyu, Karubi short ribs, and lamb racks ready for the iron. Beside the meats, fridges stock hotpot greens and seafood, while the kitchen dishes out Singapore chilli seafood boils and spicy Thai-style salads. Stations keep beef and pork strictly separated on the line, and grill plates swap out the moment char builds up. The feast winds down at the back with self-serve bowls of bingsu, soft serve, and icy slushies.

  • Dual BBQ and Hotpot: In-table burners host both Korean barbecue and simmering soup bases concurrently so diners never have to pick one over the other.
  • Extensive Protein Spread: Buffet stations supply unlimited Wagyu cuts, Karubi short ribs, lamb racks, and fresh seafood alongside cooked Singapore chilli boil.
  • Thoughtful Buffet Layout: The line strictly separates pork and beef items to respect cultural and dietary preferences.
  • Unlimited Dessert Bar: Round out the meal with self-serve bingsu shaved ice, soft-serve ice cream, and slushies.
