About Hong Kong Dim Sum

Early morning yum cha starts at 8am here—serving unpretentious Cantonese comfort when most dining rooms are still dark. Regulars head straight upstairs for bowls of piping hot century egg and pork congee with crunchy Chinese doughnut, plump har gow, and steamed black bean pork ribs. The pastry on the custard egg tarts flakes apart nicely with just the right amount of wobble. Before heading down, grab a freezer bag of handmade siu mai or barbecue pork buns to steam at home.

  • Early Yum Cha: Doors open at 8am for early Cantonese breakfast dishes, congee bowls, and fresh tea.
  • Take-Home Freezers: Packs of handmade barbecue pork buns, siu mai, and dumplings are stocked ready for home steaming.
  • Family-Friendly Setup: Upstairs dining provides extra space with colouring sheets and toys on hand for young diners.
