Part country cafe, part gourmet pantry—shelves pack imported crisps, local honey, and heat-at-home meals beside the pastry cabinet. Road-trippers swear by the thick-crusted, deep-filled beef pies and pasties, built sturdy enough to tackle in the car without falling apart. The kitchen turns out short-order schnitzel burgers with beetroot and egg, stone-baked pizzas on wooden boards, and crisp flake alongside hot chips smothered in gravy.
