Kosaten does not use a continuous rotating belt. You place on-demand orders using a touch-screen tablet at your table, and freshly prepared dishes are delivered directly to your booth via a miniature train track. Be sure to retrieve your plates before sending the train back.
How large are the portions and how should you order?
Dishes are served in small, tapas-style portions meant for sharing and tasting a variety across the menu. Because dishes arrive quickly once ordered, diners recommend ordering a few plates at a time rather than all at once.
Do you need to book a table in advance?
Tables can be reserved in advance, which is recommended to avoid waiting or missing out during peak dining times. Walk-ins are also accommodated when space permits. Keep in mind that booking a booth for larger groups may carry a minimum spend.
