Skiers file in for an arvo knock-off by the fire, nursing whiskey or local craft pours before tackling brisket platters, smoked wings, and skillet cornbread slathered in house smoked apple BBQ sauce. The wood-paneled space kicks into gear with a shuffleboard table in back, midweek trivia rounds, and a lively Wednesday karaoke session.
