About The Firehouse

Housed in a 1928 fire station, The Firehouse turns low-and-slow smokehouse cuts and cocktails into relaxed feasts by open fireplaces. Gatherings gravitate toward communal tables or spill into the covered beer garden—complete with its own back bar and lawn games. Regulars lean into the Pitmaster Tray loaded with smoked beef brisket, southern fried chicken, and slaw, or grab a cocktail alongside chunky mac and cheese croquettes.

  • Repurposed 1928 Heritage Station: Set within a restored 1928 brick fire station fitted with roaring open hearths and multiple dining nooks.
  • Dedicated Beer Garden & Back Bar: An undercover outdoor yard serviced by its own bar, kitchen, and casual lawn games like Jenga and bean bag toss.
  • Smokehouse Cuts & Craft Cocktails: Slow-smoked brisket, pork belly, and shareable pitmaster platters balanced by creative house cocktails.
