Why Dine at Chicken and Jokbal

Discover why locals choose Chicken and Jokbal for authentic Korean braised trotters, comforting lunch sets, and vibrant social meals.

  • Specialized Korean Jokbal Feast

Specializing in braised pork trotters cooked until tender and collagen-rich, paired with fresh salad and chilled spicy noodles for a complete set that cannot be replicated at home.

Jokbal is Korean braised pig tritters with quite a lot of lean meat. But it was the flavour, the stickiness from the collagen that scored this cafe restaurant. Just so satisfying

That was the first dish to be served and csme with one glove I gave the priviledge of making the rice ball to my wife.

Felt like I am in Korea once again! Nothing fancy, just the very traditional Korean food you would find in a local restaurant in Korea.

  • Corn Cheese

I highly recommend the corn cheese to everyone, it’s cheesy, corny as usual but just enough to not make you feel too much after 2-3 spoons.

  • Topokki

The star of the night was the topokki! It was spot on flavour and reminded us of the topokki we had in random side streets in Seoul and Busan.

  • Pork Bone Soup

Their pork bone soup is amazing and takes me back to Korea when I have it.
