This Collingwood gyoza bar drops you straight into retro Tokyo with punchy plates and kitsch pop culture. Steaming handmade dumplings arrive laced with house chilli crunch, flanked by Hiramasa kingfish crudo and crisp chicken karaage. Tables fill quickly with shared plates—like miso mac and cheese with toasted aonori panko—alongside highballs and banana espresso martinis dusted with cocoa art. The room buzzes with arcade trinkets, a rotating Godzilla turntable, and a phone built just to ring Tofu the dog, before you grab a jar of chilli crunch from the pantry shelf on the way out.
