Dedicated floor staff sweep away empty plates between rounds to keep table drinks topped up, while head chefs personally walk guests with allergies past each station to fire custom plates. The spread finishes at the dessert counter, where dual chocolate fountains—one classic, one pink—flow beside racks of macarons.
