About Favourite Kitchen

Tucked under the Golden Pebble Hotel, this dining room runs on old-school Cantonese pushcart energy. Dim sum carts weave past generous tables—steam billowing as bamboo baskets hit the cloth. Regulars flag down plump siu mai, crisp woo kok, and baked egg tarts before the carts roll on. Come evening, round tables pivot to live seafood banquets piled with ginger scallion lobster, steamed coral fish, and crisp duck, backed by attentive floor staff who keep tea cups refilled and finish dinners with sliced fruit.

  • Roving Dim Sum Trolleys: Pushcarts glide between spacious tables during lunch, dishing up hot bamboo steamers of siu mai, flaky taro puffs, and custard egg tarts on demand.
  • Seafood Banquets & Hospitality: Evenings feature live lobster, steamed coral fish, and crisp duck banquets served with complimentary tea, prawn crackers, and fresh fruit.
  • Sheltered Basement Parking: Direct elevator and internal stair access from the basement carpark keeps group arrivals dry and effortless in wet weather.
