Interactive Hot Volcanic Stonegrill Cooking
Diners take charge of grilling premium wagyu beef and seafood right at their table on volcanic lava stones heated to 400°C, ensuring every cut is cooked to their exact preferred doneness.
You get to grill the wagyu yourself on a 400°C hot stone, so you can control the doneness exactly how you like it.
Parrati Merzat Dramatic Table-Side Culinary Theatre
Courses arrive with dramatic flair, from dry-ice displays around fresh sashimi to tabletop torching and stone-sizzled wagyu, turning dinner into culinary theatre.
The way the food is plated and seeved here has real theatre whether it’s the hot stone sizzling plate bought out in front of you or the sashimi with the dry ice.
Paul Harrison Personalized Hospitality for Celebrations
Milestone gatherings like anniversaries and birthdays are met with dedicated hospitality, bespoke touches, and celebratory desserts that make guests feel truly special.

Shireen Accommodating Staff for Special Occasions
Whether organizing a surprise birthday dinner or a lively gathering, the floor team goes out of their way with thoughtful, welcoming service and custom surprises.
i was brought here as a surprise dinner for my birthday and it was the best place i could ever wish for. the staff were extremely accomodating and were only too happy to have us.
Charli Boyd Generous Multi-Course Set Menus
Carefully orchestrated multi-course wagyu and seafood sets arrive fully portioned and satisfying, leaving diners comfortably full with complete value for money.
My recommendation is to go the set menu there’s a lot of food and it’s great value for the full experience.
Brad Imported Japanese Keg Asahi on Tap
Unlike venues serving regionally licensed contract beer, Ishiya serves draft Asahi tapped from authentic kegs imported directly from Japan for a crisp, genuine taste.
Also loved the asahi beer on tap. The tap and keg are from Japan as opposed to a lot of Japanese beer which is brewed in Thailand and the taste of the asahi beer here was sensational.

Signature dishes and interactive favorites cooked over volcanic lava stone
Scallops
The scallops were exceptional - I’m usually not a big fan, as I often find them mediocre at most places (especially when paired with cheese), but these were perfectly flavoured.
mia duong Sashimi
The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the wagyu was of high quality, melting on my tongue exactly as it should.
mia duong Wagyu beef on hot stone
You get to grill the wagyu yourself on a 400°C hot stone, so you can control the doneness exactly how you like it.
Parrati Merzat Wagyu omurice
The wagyu omurice was next-level — they torch the wagyu on top of the fluffy omelette, and it’s pure perfection!

Before you head over
Practical advice on set menu ordering, space navigation, and milestone dining.
Order Set Menus for Generous Portions
Opt for multi-course set menus (such as Set 2 for two) rather than ordering everything à la carte; sets provide generous portions of premium cuts, sides, and fried rice that leave diners completely full.
Plan Around Cosy Floor Space
The dining room has a snug, cozy layout with narrow spacing between tables, presenting practical mobility constraints for prams or wheelchair access.
Notify Staff for Milestone Celebrations
Mention milestone occasions like birthdays or wedding anniversaries ahead of time; the team frequently accommodates special dessert acknowledgments and personalized celebration treats.
