Book NowAbout Miller's Bread Kitchen
Industrial warehouse bones meet ambitious baking down the Mornington Peninsula, turning a casual roadside stop into the main event. Regulars line the highway early for flaky viennoiserie, sourdough loaves, and slab focaccia pizzas pulled hot from the deck oven. But the real pull sits in the warmer. These are cheffy pies built with serious braises—beef bourguignon, massaman lamb, and tender chicken with leek and champagne—served with a generous spoon of spiced tomato relish. Pair an espresso with a lemon custard cronut or grab a chunky poached chicken focaccia layered with pickled zucchini and feta. Weekday mornings skip the snaking queue entirely.
- Gourmet Savory Pies: Flaky pastry holding rich braises like beef bourguignon and massaman lamb, paired with spiced tomato relish.
- Focaccia Pizzas: Oversized slab focaccia pizzas topped with prosciutto or vegetables and warmed through in-store.
- Artisan Pastries & Breads: Laminated croissants, lemon custard cronuts, and loaves of grained sourdough.

Poached Chicken Focaccia
it’s the best focaccia I’ve ever had - and I’ve had so many, from some of the most hyped up joints in Melbourne. The chicken was so juicy and tender (appreciated the chunky cuts!), the pesto mayo was light and flavourful, and the feta helped make it delicate and creamy, the little hits of capers were a fun addition and cut through nicely, the lettuce was bright green, fresh and crisp and the lightly picked, thinly sliced zucchini made an already excellent combo even better!
Dru de Livera Beef Bourguignon Pie
The beef bourguignon pie was fall-off-the-bone soft.
Michelle Tran Gourmet Focaccia Pizza
those delicious focaccia pizzas! The prosciutto one is my recommendation - just next level taste and not at all stingy on the toppings!
Arj Perera Chicken and Leek Pie
Whoever made the chicken n leek pies did a bloody FANTASTIC job. Pie held its shape but still great textures, crunchy yet still soft.

mandown45 Sausage Roll
Both the sausage roll and the pie were absolutely delicious. The pastry was perfect! Golden, flaky, just the right amount of crunch, and the fillings were generous, succulent, and full of flavor.
Lili Wang Banana Bread
we also got the last slice of banana bread which is the best banana bread I’ve ever had. It’s so moist and delicious.
Kate Lelean Brownie
The brownie itself was a treat: rich, soft, and fudgy, with just the right amount of chocolate.
