Tucked into a grassy hill mound, this Coldstream cellar door trades typical tasting counters for low couches, structured flights, and cool-climate terroir. Guests settle in for unhurried sit-down sessions guided by knowledgeable staff, working through reserve pours alongside boards of local charcuterie and mixed cheeses. The subterranean space flows right into an underground art gallery, while adjacent tables dish up Korean beef cheek pizza and mushroom risotto before a quick pass through the on-site gin and whisky shop.
