Inner-north regulars steer clear of the hectic main drag to claim covered courtyard tables warmed by cafe blinds and live weekend sets. Behind the bar, taps rotate through local craft pours alongside gluten-free cans. The kitchen turns out massive chicken parmas, $25 Wednesday porterhouse steaks with mash, and Sunday roasts packed with trimmings. Dedicated coeliac diners even get their own fryers for cross-contamination-free chicken burgers and chips alongside pints of Two Bays.

    We love here cuz it is not too busy like other restaurants and pubs in Fitzroy(Brunswick st is always crazy:() and so warm and comfy environment.
