Chef-owner Ganeev and his wife Lorena run the dining room with relaxed warmth—pouring house Lulo margaritas while salsa music hums in the background. Regulars come for the reshmi pollo tikka, marinated chicken charred in the tandoor and mopped up with fresh naan bites, or beef empanadas served with house-made ají. The kitchen sends out slow-simmered seafood cazuela de mariscos alongside tandoori murg makhani, before wrapping up with a slice of lulo fruit tres leches.
