Regulars steer tables toward the crackling roast pork and juicy salted egg chicken ribs, but the live tanks make a compelling case for lobster tangled in egg noodles or pipis slicked with thick XO sauce. High-heat wok hei leaves French beans and garlic kangkong crisp and smoky. Weekends pack out fast around spinning lazy Susans, though mid-week lunches offer plenty of breathing room alongside complimentary bowls of slow-cooked pork soup and sweet red bean soup.
