Burrata with sourdough
The burrata was fresh and creamy with a soft center. It was served over a caponata-style vegetable mix that added a nice sweet-acidic contrast. The balsamic drizzle wasn’t overpowering, and the toasted sourdough on the side had good structure and crunch. Simple ingredients, done properly.
Cansu Parlak Fried artichokes
The fried artichokes were perfectly cooked, golden and crisp on the outside, tender inside, and not greasy at all. They were easy to share and paired really well with the dipping sauce.

Our server, immy and Annie was amazing and suggested us a French martini. Would recommend!
