I strongly recommend you to try the fish sauce chicken wings, which may take ~15-20mins to prepare, but definitely worth it and is really delicious.
Jerry Lee Bò Lúc Lắc
Bo luc lac was the best I've had. Albeit Ivve only had it twice at a restaurant before and cooked it myself once. Meat was very tender. Veggies had a nice char. Tomatoes were fresh. Everything worked very well together.
