Shifted away from its old dessert-bar days, the room now balances late-night drinks with a serious daytime high tea. Regulars bypass routine brunch spreads for tiered stands loaded with mushroom arancini, truffle egg sandwiches, and delicate entremets. The centrepiece pastry—a piped chantilly swan—lands at the table looking like gallery sculpture, while live piano carries the room during milestone bridal showers and weekend catch-ups. Later on, shakers take over with whimsical house pours like the Toothpaste Mojito.
